We had a great meeting tonight, with one of the largest in-person crowds since the lock-down. Of course a few people had to leave early to watch “the game,” but they were in the way small minority.

We discussed some general club business including seeing the design for new club T-shirts. We also talked about the upcoming workshop next month with professional bonsai artist Jennifer Price, which will be open to interested members of the public, though club members have priority in the registration process.

We had a small Winter Silhouette Show! Who knows, this might become an annual event!

Several of our members  brought one or more trees to talk about as we all enjoyed the intricate branching of our deciduous trees in mid-winter. Without leaves on them, nothing was hidden. We could talk about how the tree got to this stage, and what would be done next.
